Original Switch Joy-Con can be used on PC with Steam Input, individually or paired together. Valve confirmed this support in its stable update from August 18, 2022. Use a Bluetooth-equipped PC and enable Steam Input for the game. This evidence is Steam-specific: it doesn't guarantee consistent recognition in games launched outside Steam. It doesn't cover Joy-Con 2. High confidence.
