Joy-Cons work as standard Bluetooth HID controllers on Android 10 and later — hold the small sync button until the LEDs flash, then pair from the Bluetooth menu like any other device. A single Joy-Con pairs as its own (half-size) gamepad; motion controls and HD rumble aren't available over generic Bluetooth.
