Notes
The DualSense cannot pair with an Xbox Series X|S console: Xbox consoles have no Bluetooth pairing for controllers at all (they use Microsoft's proprietary Xbox Wireless protocol instead), and the DualSense doesn't speak that protocol. A wired USB connection also isn't recognized by the console. Third-party adapters (e.g. Wingman XB) exist as unofficial workarounds, and Xbox Cloud Gaming can accept a DualSense as a generic Bluetooth gamepad, but there is no direct native compatibility.
